What is the difference between Mountain Escape Properties and other traditional companies?

No difference at all. We offer a wide range of services similar to the traditional companies but at a fraction of the price.

How is Mountain Escape Properties able to offer the same services at a fraction of the cost?

We are a small locally operated business that has minimal overhead compared to the traditional management companies. Our services are mostly run in-house therefore keeping our costs low.

Why wouldn't I just do it myself?

You can, and people do. However with a professional team dedicated to our business you can put the phone down and leave it to us. We are committed to making the most for your vacation rental, and in return it's a win for us both.

Do you charge a set up fee?

We have 2 options.

1. Use our management services and your set up fee is FREE.

2. You want to manage your own place but need help getting set up, We have a one time set up fee of $595 + tax to get you on your way.

Can I use my own vacation rental?

Of course! After all, it's YOUR place. All you need to do is let us know the dates you would like to visit, and we will block your calendar for you.
